Awesome people to work with! Very knowledgeable and always have the parts to do the job right. I have been working closely with them for 5 years now. Building a numerous amount of Subaru's and spending 100,000+ dollars with this company. And I wouldn't want to do business with any other company then the local homies at Rally Sport Direct! They forgot the hardware for hood vents I ordered from APR and didn’t want to send them because I didn’t have enough proof they were missing which is BS. So I bought the hardware on amazon and was told by rally sport that since I got it figured out I don’t need the hardware that was suppose to be sent! That I paid for!
Do not use this company paid for overnight shipping did not get overnight shipping. Purchased part Monday night the part did not get shipped until Tuesday night. I still do not have my part and they will not refund shipping. Horrible customer service as well. They did not care one bit about the customer and could care less
Been using Rallysport wholesale for several years. Bought w drop ship product for a customer, was informed 2 weeks later after 3 phone calls that it was backordered indefinitely..3 weeks later still waiting on a refund. Piss poor communication.. they might be fine if they have something in stock but dont expect any help or follow up if they dont. Meanwhile customers car is waiting and im out money for something I could of gotten elsewhere within 3 days. If i could give them negative stars I would. Btw its 2018, refunds dont ... read more
These guys rock. They are so helpful and friendly. Plus I love the products that they sell. Would recommend to anyone for performance parts or just to spice up their ride.
Honestly, I had come to RSD excited to mod my Subaru. But I was disappointed soon after ordering my first part... Spent ~$320 to have the payment 'declined', not for financial reasons. I got an email about the rejected payment and was taken to the website to re-enter payment info; did that, entered all my info into the blanks and hit enter. The webpage that loads after hitting enter just has all the blanks I filled in empty again... I'm scratching my head now... I just filled in all this information and now it's blank.. Been ordering with RSD the last few years and had a great experience with their customer service. They were able to help me out and swap pistons when a bore and hone had to be enlarged to the next size after the pistons were already purchased. Will absolutely continue to shop with rallysport direct! Thanks!
I will always recommend Rally Sport to the car guys and girls. Great customer service is hard to come by these days especially when it comes to return guidelines and rules. Riley took well care of me when returning brand new coilovers and I will continue to push and support the company as a whole. Customer service makes a company!
