I have had no issues with RSD personally and have had good encounters with customer service. I will continue to use them and their sales always have good prices.

I've been a customer of RSD for 5 or 6 years now. I've probably ordered an obscene amount of parts for 3 different Subaru's. I have never once had a bad experience with RSD, shipping has always been quick, and the customer service and knowledge of the team at Rally Sport is top notch. I can't recommend them highly enough, and will continue to use them as long as I have the willpower (and bank account) to continue to work on my cars :D
Their knowledge of parts and their return policy is horrendous, they do not know what they are talking about and they do not budge. I was sold injectors that supposedly work for my Forester XT. When I bought them and got time to put them in about 6 weeks later I realized they don’t come with all the parts I need (fuel lines). So I called and they said it would be another $250 for the rest of the kit. I said I’d like to return it for a refund because it’s still in the box and they said it’s past 30 days so I can’t.
