Ordered a $10 coupler and forked our $10 for regular shipping. Kinda made me mad but I’ll just have to order more next time or shop around. Parts arrived quickly though for not being two day or even next day.

Were unable to combine shipping despite being notified within a short period of time. Despite claiming that parts were already shipped, they were unable to provide tracking for at least one. Every other vendor has been able to do this, especially vendors I've spent thousands with. Too many other subaru parts dealers out there!
Rally sport direct is awesome. I have bought several items from them and am always impressed with their response time and shipping time. I'm bummed I don't live in driving distance.

I ordered an oil pressure gauge on 12/30, rally sport called me to verify identity because my order was shipping to my mechanics house, ok so it’s done. They take my $$$ on 1/3 so I called on 1/4 to check on my order. All they can tell me is source your parts elsewhere repeatedly without any reason. Keep in mind they took my $$$ the day before , now they say we’re processing a refund on 1/4. I asked the gentleman on the other line, what kind of practice is that? They decided to place my order a week after i ordered the part i wanted off another site for cheaper, after they emailed me saying the first attemp didnt go through, tried to cancel and they said its already been shipped. Now i have a set of extra parts that are overpriced and money taken from what i needed to pay bills, never dealing with this again.
