So far so good with RSD. All my orders came on time. Items inside also as per advertised.
Arrived to the uk in 4 days. Great fast service.
Terrible experience. I was charged 2 times for the same item (RSD made a claim against my bank 2 times for the same amount). 5 days later, order status changes to 'completed' . Funny thing is that I never received the item. So I ask RSD for a FedEx tracking number but turns out there isn't one because the item never shipped in the first place (even after getting charged 2 times for it). I made a purchase while on vacation out of the country, they canceled my purchase because they couldn't call me to confirm purchase because there was no cell coverage where i was at the time, when i tried to inquire about my order I was told that i couldn't purchase anything from them anymore....what a joke.
First purchased parts in 2011, and have been buying parts here and there almost 6 years later. I've never had a problem with their service. Always top notch communication. Recently purchased a part, that got lost via shipping and RSD stepped it up and shipped a replacement part right away. Always so friendly and going above and beyond, even when circumstance is out of their control. Always confident to purchase from them. All the best!
