the return policy is absolute garbage! shady company
After 6+ hours with a customer support agent named Riley, I couldn't even get them to send me the tracking number for my order.
RecommendedBeen a loyal customer for as long as I can remember. RSD offers competitive prices, product and service assurance plus staff who are always prompt and responsive. If you found a better deal elsewhere RSD will be flexible and reasonable. I also want to give Eddy C a shout for great service.
RSD, is an amazing one stop shop for automotive needs. I found some very useful pieces for my turbo kit on my Mazda Miata. The customer service is phenomenal and working with Megan was more of a delightful conversation, rather then chatting with someone to troubleshoot and resolve issues. I recommended my friends to take a look at RSD stock in the past and continue to do so.
Poor customer service. Called several times for an ETA of my order and was told "we will call you back once we reach out to the manufacturer". Never received a call back, email, nothing. I was able to call the manufacturer myself and get a tracking number, etc. Thanks for nothing.
