Update: the management staff contacted us and refunded the money and personally delivered us gift cards. Appreciate them trying to correct the situation. Ordered food for delivery through their website. It was picked up at 12:02 according to the text received from mysterious delivery service. Apparently Raffertys contracts out their delivery and has no way of contacting the drivers, and at 12:45 our food was still not delivered.
