We went to the Jackson, TN restaurant today. It was AWFUL. My sister got the chicken tenders and I got the chicken finger salad. She wanted her tenders buffalo tossed. They came out cold and not tossed with some kind of dipping sauce. We still dont know what it was. The salad wasn't good either. The lettuce was soggy and turning brown and the chicken was cold. We also asked for a basket of croissant rolls.....we never got those. We ran out of tea. After the guy came and got our plates....the waitress showed up with 2 glasses... read more

our waiter took our order and he never came back to check on us. we finally had to flag him down and asked for our club sandwich that took forever to make could be wrapped to go.I did leave a tip but not as much as I normally do. we had also asked for an alcohol drink menu which he brought but never came back to see what we wanted. we watched him go to other tables and ignored us.

I made sure to thank the manager for having Pierce as a host tonight. my sister has autism and I worry that she may not have a job when she is older. finding a restaurant who is accepting of those with disabilities abilities is harder than you would think. I want to make it known that this is a great location to support for their job opportunities of those in the community who may have trouble finding a job because of their differences.
