Mold on the ceiling above the table section n the waitress was acting as if she was so busy when the place barely had anyone in there. I expected more for spending over $50
I wasn't pleased at all the food was good. But the service was terrible. 1/2 way thru my meal I needed a refill the waiter said I'll be right back. Well 15 min. Later my food was cold I was completely out of my drink and the waiter brought us 2 go cups and 2 to go boxes I wasn't even done eatting. I felt like I was being rushed out. Then when I went to pay it took him 15/20 min. To bring me my change. Will not go back to this location. Very disappointed �.
My mother had two horrible experiences with the takeout section. The first a few weeks ago when the staff was cursing and being extremely unprofessional. She was so irritated that she left without ordering. Friday, she really wanted loaded potato soup and a chicken finger salad, so I called the order in for her. Upon arriving to pick up her order, she noticed that the toppings from her soup were missing. There are a lot of young people running the restaurant and the service is subpar. Nothing like it used to be. When we came in, the staff was hanging out and lounging around in the atrium area. Unknown to me, my server was one of them. After being seated, it took about 10 min to be greeted and get our drinks ordered. Then, my daughters received their food while I waited on a salad to arrive 7 min later with the server no where to be found. Upon arrival, it wasn't what i ordered.
