My server Vincent was the best. My food was great. I would most definitely recommend this restaurant.

It appears from reading the reviews and first hand experience that there is clearly a problem with this location as it relates to customer service. I would think the corporate office would take note and take these reviews as an opportunity to train/re-train the staff specifically the manager (Jamal) in what great or even mediocre customer service entails. I have been going to Rafferty’s for 20 years and the food is always great, the servers are always friendly and the dishes that they serve has always been consistent. I will always be a Rafferty’s customer!
I placed a takeout order. Both meals were incorrect. The young lady was nice & corrected the items left off the sandwiches. However, when I got ready to eat my bluegrass sandwich, it was awful, burnt, and sloppy. I wouldn't have fed this to a dog. I called back later & spoke with the manager Gamal. He was a complete joke. I don't reside near Rafferty's, but he told me the only way that he's replace my meal was if I brought the terrible one back in the future. Are you serious? My � came out raw first time. Second time it was well done. Then it also tastes like cooking gas and black. Waiter did Not come for about 25 minutes. Ask for a croissant did Not get. Had to ask again and then it came in a to go box. There were a bunch of people from a local new station and one of the girls had no respect for people around her.
