The employees need better improvement on customer service and learn to listen to the customer , no patience and snatch plates off customer tables.. employee with bad attitudes

Our server was very attentive and pleasant. I recommend the Buffalo Tenders on the appetizer menu with the garlic mashed potatoes. The portion was great. The chicken was tender and quite flavorful and the sweet tea was freshly brewed. Potatoes were good and warm.
We had a terrible experience at dinner tonight. We had to wait a long time to actually place our order and they were not busy. More tables were empty than with people. The ranch salad dressing had pieces of food in it which made me decide to not eat it. Then the steak I ordered was tasteless even with cajun butter on it. The steak was barely warm and was more medium than medium rare. It took over 10 minutes to get refills on our drinks. Terrible service and tasteless food!
