Called to place an order and I literally was driving their only for the person to come back to the line once I pulled into the parking lot! Get in there and still no one wants to take my order meanwhile EVERYBODY is standing around laughing and giggling! I see why the service is better in Germantown Parkway! I won’t be back!!
So I order a hot wing salad with Spinach from Raffery' s. Get home lettuce and no sauce. I called and and held for a manager all the way back to the store. Michael gets on the phone non apologetic and says bring it back. Damn I'm pulling in been holding since I left home. Asked for a refund he says ma'am we don't give refunds we will remake it. So I called it in because I didn't want to wait but I don't have a choice. Waiting at the bar customer said she had spoiled sour cream in her to go order. They suck big time. Disgrunt... read more
Food and service was incredible! I hadn't been there in a while,but i'm definitely glad it was just like i remembered. Waitress was VERY attentive,which was a A+!!!!
Ordered the baby back ribs, they arrived very over cooked, hard to the touch..... needless to say, that’s the last time I will dine at this or any Rafferty’s..... pitiful, just pitiful...
Had a bacon cheeseburger. It was HUGE and was extremely good. My daughter and mother in law also do burgers and a baked sweet potato. It was all excellent. Good service too.
