Food and service was good but the wait time was horrible. Never in my life have I experienced anything like this in my life. Word of advice. We had a party of 5 with a 1 hour plus wait. So if you go make a reservation if they even do that.
The food here is amazing the staff is very friendly and the wait time is short
Terrible management. Had a party of 9. Three were handicapped. Said they would have to split us up between 2 tables that were 4 ft apart. Refused to place tables together. Stated that moving table was prohibited by Company policy. We went to table and began to move the tables together since we need that for the handicap people and the attending aid that helps feed one of them. My experiences with this restaurant was deplorable they did not accommodate our party of 7 properly and didn't care if they lost out on Revenue they would not see us together I did not give them the satisfaction of receiving $0.01 from me
What a joke. So we are sitting at our table with no drinks and an empty appetizer plate. We flagged down a different waiter and found out that the manager had pulled our waitress into the office and now we are just stuck here waiting. Horrible service!!!
My family and I ate there last night, it was just about to close and they were nice enough to still served us... Our waitress was extremely helpful and nice as well as the hostess and the food was excellent, we will be eating there again. Thanks Rafferty’s staff!
We came in as a party of 13, our wait for a table took 45 minutes.... after being seated, it took an hour for our food and appetizers to get to the table all at the same time, my food was cold they took it back... it took them 25 minutes to bring it back and they brought the same food that I had previously sent back that I had started to eat before....
