I have ordered from QVC for years but I have returned 7 items and they are still not returned and some were sent back almost a month ago! I get the issue of pandemic but a month ago? I have called Customer Service and they cannot do anything. I don’t think I will be shopping at QVC till this is better. UGHHH AND shipping costs per item are ridiculous!
Change how they ship and stop using USPS
lately everything takes forever. also almost all the programs are previously recorded its very confusing.
They are a bunch of sales people that are trying to sell us on a bunch of junk
I guess there are no more Lunchtime bargains... Yesterday and today.. Sunday...Their prices have gotten so high that this was how I bought... I am DONE!!a
Use to love ordering products from QVC.....NO MORE, their customer service team don't know what the hell is going on! They take your money and I never receive my order! Never again!
I love your Susan Graver but hate QVC....been a customer for 37 yrs and they LIE when I ask about my orders, they hang up on you....don't know what happened to them (and please don't blame it on covid-19) the people who answer the phones are complete idiots!!! Wish there was another way to order your clothes but never again through QVC!

What is going on with QVC lately? So many great host are leaving one right after the other! 😩 I think for those of us who have been watching for many, many, many years we deserve to know. QVC is changing for the worse & it’s so sad! No longer fun to watch & if good people are quitting then the trust is gone in the products as well.
