I don’t like the way they treat employees. I understand in these times about having layoffs. I really do. You’ve got all these young, new hosts, some I’ve never seen before, and lay off the ones that have been with you awhile and who the consumers love. It breaks my heart to see people in tears. It really does. To us, it looks like you throw away the old to bring in the new. Totally turned me off from ever shopping with you again and I was a long time customer 🙁. It really is a shame

Wish QVC held on to their senior hosts as the newer ones exude arrogance and lack TV etiquette, yet the rookies are given more airtime. Mary Beth, Antonella, Jane, Jill and Leah brought style and class to the network....only Jane Tracy left from the senior team???? 2 decade customer who have shifted my purchasing power elsewhere....promo team and products need new ideas while maintaining professionalism and TV etiquette. Customer Service has also declined in quality. Good luck in this competitive time!

No I do not recommend QVC the customer service in the last five months has gone so far downhill it’s ridiculous no one answers the phones when they finally do it immediately disconnects you when you go to try to do the live chat it says your number 95 in the queue and it stays at that number for at least 15 minutes and then drops by one there’s no reason you should be on hold for an hour and a half or chat and then they emailed me a special phone number to call because I’m supposed to be a special customer and same thing you... read more

atrocious customer service when you can finally get through, IF you ever get through. reps are useless, careless and refuse to help, then disconnect. their chat is even worse.

Shipping when they are supposed to except a month later and being able to cancel order when placed if shipping is taking a month.

Worst customer service ever!!! Used to be awesome!!! Now, if you can reach a person after multiple calls and wait times, the person is clueless!!! Everything goes to automated systems!!! Trying to find an email address to get help is like searching for a lost treasure!!! Soooo disappointing after years of shopping with QVC!!! 😡😡😡

Worst customer service ever!!!!! They took the money out of my account and I never received my order. No matter knows anything when you call them!!! Thieves!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

QVC has been NO help In a 200$ purchase that I am paying for in easy payments but I have yet to receive. Ordered June 9th... I will pay as to not mess up my credit but you lost a valued customer

I have been trying to get in touch with customer service for a whole week and cannot reach any live representatives via phone, chat, or messenger. I ordered something on July 1 and never received it. Postal service delivered to wrong address and they sent back to QVC. I am still being charged for a product I never received and cannot get in touch with any customer service representatives to rectify.
