wow. What has happened to qvc? Packaging & shipping is a disaster. Twice delivered broken. What a waste & a shame. Way too long waiting on hold (twice) to even speak to customer service. I give up.
What has happened to QVC customer service? Please don’t use the COVID excuse. I’ve been a customer for over 20 years and have kept coming back mainly because of the high level customer service. Sad, but you have lost a very good customer.

I have shopped for 30 years. Customer has gone downhill the last couple of months. I have called 3 times in the last week to find out status of return I made weeks ago. I was told they saw nothing and laughed and said people have been waiting since May. Also, that they would continue to charge my credit card for all the easy pay on the 4 orders. This is not good customer service. Can't get a supervisor to talk to either. I have always bragged about how great QVC is , I won't do that anymore!

I order two sets of tumblers, applied for credit which offered $20-$40 discount, it's been too long ago I forgot the amount. I'm almost done paying for my items and haven't received that credit. I called credit company told me I should get it after 3 payment. I want my credit applied!!
Shipping the items i paid for would help them improve! Awful company, i will not be shopping them again. CS is awful.

I was on hold at you customer service number for 30 minutes no one ever picked up , I went to Facebook and sent a message and no one responded . horrible service all I wanted to do was change my scent on my order but now I will canc l my order if anyone from your customer service decides to pick up. you should be ashamed of treating your customers like that I was q customer for 20 years
the worst customer service. all they want to do is pass the buck to ups. ups passes the buck right back to qvc.
