Have better customer service and STOP taking customers money!
RecommendedI am very upset with the recent hosts being let go, especially Antonella. She provided company when it was desperately needed, a friendly voice in the middle of the night, and a diversion when my life was not going well. With her upbeat personality, and even her wonderful sense of humor, she helped to get me through many gray days. I have been a loyal customer since the days of CVN, and have seen hosts come and go, but never so many, and Antonella of all people. What were you thinking? Not your best decision.
I like to shop for my Dooney’s on QVC. But, if you’re watching it live in TV, the “hostess” is horrible, she talks too much without showing the details of the bags. You would be better off going on to QVC.com to see the bags to help you make your choice for purchasing.

I wanted to place on order during Christmas in July. On the website it showed a sale price and stated it was a Today’s Special value. When I asked about the return policy I was told it was not an item on the show. I said okay well I thought it might since it is a today’s special value. And the QVC rep kept telling me it wasn’t a “Todays special value”. Look ma’am I don’t work for your company. How was I supposed to know that the banner at the top of the page is incorrect. good products. if you have issue with customer service rep, stay calm, be pilite, hang up and call again. had very bad rep, called back and got a terrific one.
Get some decent customer service and stop claiming to have best value sales that are undercut a few days later.
BUYER BEWARE Purchased 2 hoses from QVC on 3/29/19 and didn't use them until 6/2019. We paid $79.99 for them and now they leak. Called QVC and they don't warranty them and the manufacturer suggested that we get a repair kit at Home Depot. We live in Wisconsin and the hose was only used for 5 months and then stored indoors. Ironically QVC is still selling them! They apparently do not care what quality of products they sell to consumers. Do not purchase this type of hose! No one stands behind them. Ordered 2 pair of xl Lisa rinna cargo pants (my usual size) they were huge, sent back had to pay for shipping to resend?? Then I got back 2 size large both were huge and 2” differences in waist???
