very poor customer service and the companies they represent. They say they offer extended service you cannot get any help. This is for a product pressure washer by snojoe!
Customer Service has not given me a straight answer on my order yet. I have two UPS tracking numbers. The first tracking number was never sent to UPS. Reordered the item and the second tracking number just sits there just like the first order. Customer Service keeps telling me my item is on its way. Yet UPS states they never received it.

I Could not breathe in these masks . It felt like I was suffocating . I bought six masks to give to my family they all felt the same way . Oh by the way the masks also are made in China :/
Unfortunately, it seems customer service has declined in the last few months... if you can even reach someone. I was on hold for an hour and a half then gave up. I finally reached someone via chat who was not very helpful.

Returned order that had paid 2 easy payments made. was refunded for 1 payment and .13 cents of second. was told charged additional $5.50 for order from back in November that shipping was not charged on. Was given that information on live chat. On phone now but just keep getting recording apoligizing for delay. I've been a "Q" customer for 20t yrs and by far the worst customer service ever!

prices have increased dramatically and quality has decreased I have had trouble receiving credit on items I have returned and personally paid the return postage. customer service difficult to work with watching another channel of QVC and price is different. DO I NEED TO CONTINUE...I have been a customer for over 25 years. I am an unhappy customer now also dont like the fact new customers get $50 to $20 credit to open card. what about us older customers. 6 easy pays really
My order was incomplete. Called customer service- hung up after being on hold for an hour. Tried communicating thru online chat- no response. Horrible customer service when you just need to communicate something!
