I bought a Samsung tv with two year warranty on jan 2020 and the tv was refurbished and wasn't a new one it stop working and they don't want to give me my money back been dealing with this for couple weeks now .....Oh and my warranty expired Oct 2020 ....DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I have been a customer since 1989 I cannot believe what has happened For a year I have had $159 .62 credit On my account all my last orders have Been defective I was going to use up My credit after reading all horrible reviews On 8_31 2020 I called told them I wanted A refund and why I was told I would get my Refund as of today 9_21_2020 still no refund I called from 9_18_ 2020 waiting for a supervisor To call I was told i I have no credit in my account I have called corporate no help I want to know What happened to my money... read more

Ordered my daughter a tablet for school and wanted to pay the total outright rather than do the payments and also I added a 10$ off your first order code "OFFER* which reflected at first but not in the order confirmation.... So the customer service canceled out my order (because she said that was the only way to handle the situation) so she could then just reorder the tablet and I could pay in full with the 10$ off. How this company has not gone out of business or had a class action lawsuit for shady practices is beyond me. Paid every month our installment payment, never missed a payment then without warning get sent to a collection agency for $162 ??? Really??? No letter, nothing on the website where you pay your bill, no email and just some random Potential Spam calls with no voicemail message? Seems to me your are legally bound to notify someone in writing before illegally throwing them under the bus for no good reason. Some kind ins... read more

in 12/2019 I bought a pair of pajamas for a gift. I selected a one time payment. A few months later I received a notice that money was deducted from my credit card by qvc...I contacted the company and explained that I didn't owe them anything. Another month went by and another charge was made to my card. I contacted the company and the credit card company and explained that I had paid for the item in Dec and asked to have the charges stopped. I heard nothing from qvc. I received an as in item that is COVERED in post its from the previous customer, pointing out all the cracks. There are probably at least 6 or more post its on this ceramic tree. I thought as is items were inspected before they were resold? There is no way no one could not notice all the post its literally covering it. CS is a joke. Dee from Facebook Chat never processed my return label after waiting weeks for it. There's clearly no accountability.

I've been a QVC customer for years. I am starting to doubt the company, hopefully they will step up. The warehouses for some items tend to generate shipping labels but then never ship the item. This happens for me with a few Isaac items. I have to wait a week after the estimated shipping date for a refund and they cannot send a replacement because it then sells out (even though I order early in the day well before it sells out). I've had issues where they will grab a random item in the same color or just send a different col... read more

Not the same as it was years ago. The person in charge has made many changes that aren’t doing well for the company, the decisions ought to be rethought. Refund original shipping costs like the old days when an item is returned. Don’t fire the good hosts.i could go on but nobody listens anyway.

customer service is no good I have ordered goods not received and no refund and now no one wants to know. Ann Polydorou. CYPRUS. Shoppers beware ir if you don't live UK or country that has QVC and need shipping.
