Ordered a Tarte makeup set, was supposed to be plum colors, well there were no plums at all in the eyeshadow pallet and the lip color was a lip balm. I was thinking of returning it but after looking over the paperwork I found out I would loose 1/2 of what I paid by sending it back, they charge for returns so I kept the product. Terrible company- always an issue with nearly every single order. Arrives broken or gets lost. Poor quality. Long shipping delays. Horrible packaging. Customer service does not care. Just chatted and told Sorry- is there anything else I can help with. What? I am so done with QVC. They are higher than anyone else and who knows if you will get it and if you do if it will be broken.
I am so shocked On QVC’s customer service. I have ordered so many things and it has never dawned on me that your customer service is so bad. I ordered the clutter free 100 hangers, qty of 20 packaged. In one of the 20 packaged every single hanger was broke. I was told that You can either give me a partial refund for the 20 hanger, which I did not want since I ordered 100 hangers for a reason, or I can send back the 100 Hangers and they would send another set of 100. I am a bit disappointed in qvc. I placed an order and the money was taken out of my account. Within minutes my order was canceled with no explanation from cs. I now have a to wait for my money to be deposited back in my account and I will buy the product elsewhere.

Bought a computer in December 19 never got it till January 20 , it’s never worked right I’ve complained about it for months and months, square trade says because it came that way they can’t help me QVC never called me, back or emailed me back they blame it on the Covid, they even told me that they shut all their emailing down because they were getting too many emails !!!!how crappy is that for customer service and people who need help with their stuff but now it’s too late for me to do anything about it !!spent $900 on this ... read more
