quality of all their products they have. all the hosts are great and knowledgeable.
I placed an order on 10/8/20 and at the time the item was on stock , now after a month I was told that they don't have the item on stock and that i have to wait another 3 weeks , the sell stuff that they don't have and then they lie to you when you contact their terrible customer service dept , bad business

I ordered the new iPad on October 10th and so did my friend. The one email I got right after says processing, estimated delivery November 2nd. Fine. My friend who lives about 30 minutes away from me got hers on Saturday. Mine is still processing and expected to be delivered yesterday. Re: Bethlehem Lights Christmas Tree... I am watching qvc right now... they said if a light goes out all stay lit, that is a LIE!!! I bought a tree cost over $500. The middle part lights went out... checked all the bulbs... still no lights... this was a pre lit tree. I called Bethlehem Lights and all they could do for me was to SEND ME 3 STRANDS OF LIGHTS TO STRING ON THE TREE MYSELF!!! The tree was only used ONE CHRISTMAS!!! This company is not fair... Terrible service. Sent wrong product three times can't seem to get it right
I’ve read a lot of comments lately about QVC having bad customer service, and I just wanted to chime in.... my mother and I have been shopping w QVC for over 10 years. The customer service team is AMAZING! If there is a problem that they can fix, they will, and they do w the utmost professionalism and kindness. This company used to be great but they have totally lost my business. My mother ordered an “as is” Dooney & Bourke purse from them on 10/5. She called them to confirm they had it and if it was damaged. Yes they had it and no damage so she placed the order then. She has not received it yet and every day she calls she gets a different answer as to where it is or what’s going on. They’ve even told her it was backordered! Purchased Vera boots and they are terrible. No brand name written on the boot anywhere. No paperwork in the bag! That’s why I purchase them!! More money to return than to keep the boots. The fabric is as stiff as a board!!!

I ordered a set a knives from here I ordered purple they sent red. I sent them back 3 more times as I told them I ordered purple and they continued to send red. This is unacceptable. I can see the mistake once but not 3 more times after.
