Horrible customer service, ordered a laptop from them and they cancelled my order today claiming that it was apparently 'fraud' somehow, but with no basis behind it. I was not notified by my bank that there were any issues when my order was placed on the 5th, nor did QVC contact me personally. I had to find out my order was cancelled on me when I logged into the website. We called them to discuss the issue and they disconnected us with a "We are now disconnecting the call, Goodbye". Returned a treadmill I purchased. During that time I switched banks so had a new Visa card. When I got confirmation of the treadmill arriving back to them, I called to make sure they credited back the correct card. I spoke to 8 people in one day and was assured this would be done. I also emailed as well. I was told the credit was issued only to find out that they issued it yesterday. I got an email stating that and for a 0.00 credit. When multiple items are purchased you receive half the order and when a single item is purchased you may or may not get the item but usually by the time you know if you will get it or not the item is sold out thus you never actually get what you wanted to begin with.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Item ordered on November 23 still has not shipped! They just keep pushing back delivery date stating they cannot tell me when it will arrive! Customer Service was extremely rude and talked over me and was unapologetic! Terrible.
Lost a Nintendo switch. They wanted me to pay again for a replacement to be sent out to me. Way to ruin a child’s one and only Christmas gift.

Ordered a consumer top rated innovations humidifier on 11/24/20 asked if it could be expedited day I ordered it for medical reasons and customer service agent said “ sure” we can! I’ll even waive shipping costs because your I see a “valued customer”! Wow.... obviously not valued enough never received item as of dec 2nd and customer service could not provide answer why it was not shipped! Very disappointed!
