Worst customer service EVER!!! Highly advise you to spend your money anywhere else. Literally, ANYWHERE but with this company.
Order from qvc on December 3rd and just looked today to see when the item I bought should arrive. It’s not set to ship out until January 4th and won’t arrive at my home until January 7th. I have been attempting to cancel the order because the item I purchased was supposed to be a Christmas gift but I am getting no where with anyone! This is poor customer service to say the least. Customer service is absolutely awful. They never even notified me that they never sent me my order. I was led to believe otherwise. I question their honesty.

I have always been a fan and ordered frequently, but rude customer service and order on 10th day of processing with no reason given. looks like I will be handing my son a picture of his gift this year.

Ordered foundation and was sent another shade 4 shades darker. I would have rather gotten a cancellation. Now I have to pay $6.95 for the mistake they made to mail it back. Never again.

Really appalled at qvc. Spent several years being a loyal customer to now finding out that they won’t sell to me because according to whatever they are using “ I won’t pay my bill.” Wow- just horrible. Disgusting.
Been ordering from QVC for a long time now. I just made my last purchase last night because of shipping and the customer service. Not one person there could care less that my shipments are in limbo somewhere and all they do is offer to send it the exact same way again or refund if it doesn’t show up in a couple more days. Use to be able to get items fast and customer service was excellent! Now, orders are “in process “ for days and delayed for unknown reasons — and if you call customer service—they can’t or won’t give you any type of reason. Told me “we sent an email telling you it was delayed”. I call BS. Every other email sent comes through. We have watched and shopped QVC since the beginning in 1986. It’s time to switch it off.
