Terrible experience, should have listened to all the negative reviews. My husband ordered a Christmas gift for me (the Nespresso bundle) on 11/19. Order was “confirmed” so I bought $50 worth of pods online. About two weeks later the status changed from processing to “backorder”. After talking to several CS agents they all assured me I should still receive my order and that when it says backorder there’s an 85% chance I’ll still get it. I ordered an item on November 11. It was never backordered and has not yet shipped. After several attempts to work with customer service, the only resolution was to cancel the order. It is still my responsibility to return the item to QVC, if by a miracle the item that hasn’t yet shipped arrives. They did tell me I would benefit from a refund within 2 billing cycles. Good luck getting your Christmas gifts on time.
Horrible customer service. Placed an order for the Nespresso coffee machine, putting off ordering elsewhere. Was over 12,000 remaining when my order was placed. Was notified a couple weeks later that it was on backorder. A couple weeks after that, only by looking in my app that QVC cancelled the order. This was a Christmas gift! Items may not be what you ordet then you have to fend for yourself. And guaranteed delivery by Christmas is not guranteed when items sit in various states without moving. sure they ship prior to Christmas but carriers are way behind.
I've been told for a week that I would be receiving a phone call from management and NO calls yet....

BEWARE....Horrible customer service. Order a Christmas tree in November with an arrival date of 12/8. Shipment was delayed several times now giving me a 12/24 arrival date! And on top of that the order can not be cancelled even though it’s an issue on their part. So now I have to send this large box back when it arrives. And now, I have to locate another Christmas tree.

Ordered a Valerie wreath in October for week of 11/30 delivery. It still shows In Process. Their customer service says since it’s vendor item they can do nothing except cancel it. They really should stand behind their products. So frustrating and disappointing.
I received a very ugly looking product nothing like the picture of what I ordered. Customer service was no help!! It’s a scam company!
