QVC is a joke!!! Order the pacman arcade game 6 days ago... said preparing order them 2 days later back order called qvc was told it was still going to arrive by the 14th... then said delivery by the 24th now today is back on back order!!! I cancelled my order and ordered through qvc in which is guaranteed by Christmas! Will never shop with qvc again!!

i ordered apples and they came all rotten and watery ....tried to call and qvc isn't taking calls and I tried chat function and no one answers ....so disgusted

I placed several orders over the course of a few days. First time I've ordered from QVC. I have been super disappointed with quality of nearly all of the items I purchased ( 2 shirts, pajamas, very poor quality) that took forever to arrive. I can't imagine that the sales people on this show actually wear any of the clothing items. Walmart quality in my opinion. I sent back early last week and still haven't received credit back. One of the items I ordered 2 weeks ago still hasn't shipped. The date of arrival keeps extending. ... read more

Order placed on 12/02, was supposed to arrive yesterday and still not left QVC. I tried chat with “Daniel” and “Loretta” and both can’t help or even give me a tracking number because it hasn’t even left QVC. If you are wanting a gift by Christmas Inwoiodnt recommend ordering from them.

I ordered the candy apples in October. Picked the shipping date as the 7th of December and it still hasn't shipped yet. When I reached out because I have a holiday party they said I could get a refund but there is nothing they can do about it. I'm super disappointed especially hearing all the great testimonials. Definitely won't be returning.

They do not care about you! The customer service is really REALLY bad! 😡 I been with QVC for 30 years and they just blow me off! Wow!! I thought after that long, they would at least know a little about me! Nope! So, I canceled my Q-card , I will order more from HSN now. I have ordered from them also for years!! Thanks, but it is as Expected from a company with lots of money! Screw QVC!

Ordered my product over a month ago and no tracking info. Tried to call customer service but number wouldn’t work. Chat live wouldn’t work, no email. no cancel order option. They suck! Buyer beware

Ordered a laptop on easy pay 11/28. Shipped 12/2 to be delivered on 12/4. Today is 12/10 and after being told everyday since the 4th it’s on the way I was informed it’s not coming. And can’t reship because it’s out of stock. So they canceled and it’ll take a few days to refund the payment. No problem. I then ordered another one that was in stock on the phone with same rep. On easy pay. Another almost $500 from my account. No problem. Now it canceled like 15 minutes later. So now I have 800 tied up to these people and no prod... read more

I just ordered something on 12/8 and was told I’d get it DELIVERED by 12/17 - before Christmas. Today, it’s still “in processing” so I asked about it and they said I’ll get it delivered 12/24, but it’s still before Christmas is what I was told. Yeah, thanks for trying to cheer me up QVC, but I won’t be here for the holidays, so you’re of no help and the “still before Christmas” comment was unwarranted and insensitive.
