Poor customer service. Ordered an item that showed in stock and given a delivery estimate. Without any communication, it now shows in the system as backordered. Used the chat, was told it was backordered, as was every color of the item and they had no information as to when I could expect the item to arrive. Yet, the website still shows all colors of the item as in stock.
Ordered items to be shipped as a gift. Items were sent to me instead of address that was given to customer service. Unable to return and redo order because 1 item is out of stock. Other item cannot be canceled because it’s already on its way, but not expected until next week (ordered 11/15). Given a whole $5 credit for the trouble, that won’t even cover shipping! Now will have to pay additional shipping to send gift. Was never offered option of free return.

I was told charges from canceled orders would drop off. they have not. Also, I have been trying to reach someone from financial department to fix something and I can not get anyone to actually help me
I’ve ordered a Christmas Tree over 10 days ago along with ornaments. I have received everything else, but no Christmas Tree! I’ve been calling customer service since Wednesday and every time I call, there is no apology and they say that item will ship by end of business day! Still hasn’t even left their Waterhouse yet! What a horrible customer service, with Amazon, WayFair and others they should be on top of their game! It is Christmas time this should not have happened! I just found out today that my account was closed due to a missing $10 payment in March. I never received a letter for that. Every rep I speak to has a different answer to why which is so bizarre. I just finished paying almost $300 towards a tv and would like to know where my money is but representatives on the phone have been very rude and unhelpful. Why would someone refuse to pay $10? Dont purchase from QVC. the reps are rude and mean and do not help. I've called several times and we are on 3rd dishwasher being ordered and still nothing. then I ask for a manager and I'm hung up on. I go through this 3x and someone escalates to manager. Will NEVER shop here again! I recently purchased over $230 of clothing, all of which I returned. Not the quality I expected for the prices charged. While I was aware that I would pay for return shipping, I did NOT know that they would also charge me for the initial shipping fees, for a total cost of $21 for merchandise I didn’t keep! And this is why people use Amazon or other companies that don’t charge for shipping! Lesson learned!
