What’s up with QVC most of your shows are previously recorded and sold out! Then when you shop the drifters to channels your Beauty channel is all food very little beauty! Very disappointing QVC, I guess I’ll have to shop other shopping channels,who offer more! So sad you used to be a place I loved to shop at! NOT ANY MORE!
I have been a customer for almost 30years. I opened a Q card the end of August and bought a $300 dyson vacuum to take advantage of getting a $50 credit to use on a future purchase ....well... BUYER BEWARE......I BOUGHT SHOES THAT WERE EXTREMELY NARROW. USED MY $50 CREDIT.....HAD TO SEND THE SHOES BACK, AND GUESS WHAT....I LOST MY $50 CREDIT. I was Just in QVC Live during VPH’s House to Home Christmas show with Carolyn Gracie. I made several comments on the live FB feed, and asked several questions. The person signed in as VPH, the rep, never acknowledged my questions. When I asked “Am I here?” ... nothing. When copied and paste the name with question marks.....nothing. Yet as soon as anyone else commented, she “liked” their comment or immediately answered their questions. I have Never had a run-in with anyone there so not sure why she had a bug up her butt. I placed an order on 9/9/20 for a UD Naked Ultraviolet palette. Shipped the next day, but stopped updating tracking on 9/13/20, it stated that something went wrong and they were coordinating a different shipping option. I still hadn’t received my order on 10/3/20, so I called customer service. I elected to have it reshipped and got shipping information the following day. It’s harder and harder to shop here. Delivery is way too long. The information I can access is controlled. I just canceled a computer. I will Pay off what I owe ASAP. Very little if anything will be ordered. Complaints are: 1. Delivery time 2. Prices 3. Access.
When I placed my order, I made sure to enter my shipping adddress. I do have a screenshot of my receipt with the correct address. However, when I tracked my package, I noticed my shipment is going to my old address. Seriously? Well I had a chat with a customer service rep that assured me it was going to the right address.
