I initially placed my order on July 23, 2020. Same day my order was cancelled with no information provided as to why. I placed yet again the order assuming there was a mistake. Since then my order has been cancelled 4x without notification and I would find out about it when I logged In to check status of my shipment. Most recently on August 20th, I placed my order with a Eric, he was very helpful very understanding to my frustration and helped me with effectively placing my order. This is a rip off. they billed me twice for a order I returned said I'd get a refund but instead billed me again talking with a worker said she'd write up a report and her super would call me after super came on the worker says I can't hang up you need to when I did they both were gone. telling the b b b

Always been a QVC shopper for years but ordered that Shark Vacuum Cleaner last week for my Mom and they shipped it to me!! Not good. We checked the ship to address twice and it was to her. We live close but what if we didnt?? Never got a confirmation email either. What is going on at QVC??

HOWEVER - DON'T MAKE BIG THIRD PARTY PURCHASE FROM QVC!!!!! I ordered a Lazy Boy power recliner the last time they offered them as the Special Value. It was late at night and it was during the beginning of the pandemic when we were all told to stay home so I said I would treat myself. $1,500 is more than I would normally spend but since I've been a long-time QVC customer and always wanted a Lazy Boy, I figured WTH. well, you let go of a lot of fabulous people and kept some we can't stand.....you had to see the ones who are on our nerves..what happened to QVC ? I've been here since it was home shopping club till today.....a lot of changes but lately you are missing the boat....losing trust every day....

Tried to place an order online twice. Both times I was told my Qcard had expired. Then I tried to place an order by phone. Again your card expired. Call Synchronicity Bank. Finally got a human”Jody” on the phone. She told me Qcards don’t expire and there’s nothing wrong with my account. So I won’t be purchasing anything through QVC!!!😡😡😡

I placed an order and cancelled it before the authorization hold was up and waited over 5 days for it to fall off and it hasn't , I called in to speak to a supervisor to be told that they couldn't transfer me to one, however during 2 calls they transferred me to a "supervisor" (which I later found out they weren't) who told me 2 days in a row that the funds were released and would be available that day and they weren't.. I am currently paying for a air-fryer that I bought from them. However, I went online a few weeks later to look at another one to just compare it to the one I bought and I accidentally purchased it. That was about 10pm, right before I went to sleep. The next morning at 8pm, I realized the mistake and I immediately called customer service to reverse it. The said I can't cancel it.
