In January 2018, I purchased a pair of Blue Ethiopian Opal & Pink Sapphire Sterling Drop Earrings. I was very choosy where I wore them because I didn’t want to take the chance of losing them. I loved them so much. All of a sudden, one of them changed to a color so unlike the original that it made it look like it was a different earring. I’m never ever ordering anything again from QVC. I ordered a new laptop for school almost one month ago and they keep sending me bad or refurbished laptops. Many of the customer service reps are nasty and uncaring and that’s a compliment compared to how they really act. Why the attitudes? At least you get to sit at home and work while other people can’t because of covid. RecommendedBought my first and only Keurig on QVC around Christmas, 2011. It just bit the dust this morning and no one can believe I’ve had it that long. I thought it quite pricey at the time, but quality sometimes costs a bit more!!!😊
My last two purchases were faulty. The Denim and Co. tee was almost a see through fabric but felt like burlap. I threw it out. Today my Valerie lantern arrived and I could hear glass rattling inside . It is broken. 😢 I use to love QVC but had to return several damaged or misrepresented items . What happened to QVC?
Qvc seems to have lost all of my payment information! I can’t logon online or on my app and every time I call and spend a half an hour with someone on the phone they tell me that it Has to go to the IT department and someone will call me within 24 hours, But no one ever calls back. This has been going on for one month! Every time I talk to someone they tell me they have gotten many similar calls and they are “working on it”. QVC has basically kicked me out due to an erroneous dispute placed on my account from Zulily which was resolved! QVC customer service is non existent! I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years and they refused to help me reinstate me account! Every person I spoke with from QVC referred me to some other department and nothing was ever resolved. Beware of this company!
