Get some different products in. Your stuff is way over priced and S&H is a joke. Returning an item and getting your acct credited is exhausting.

Don't waste your time. Horrible customer service. I called for weeks and could never get anyone on the phone. I was just on hold constantly.

I returned a purse. in 6/2020. This return has not been acknowledged, to date. On 8/13/2020, I sent a PM to QVC, about this unacknowledged return. To date, I have not received a reply to my .message. Do you know longer employ customer service staff or do you no longer care about your customers?

Customer Service: I purchased and received two sets of Queen size sheets from QVC. I am very pleased with the product, however the payment process and any attempts to contact QVC customer service has been a nightmare. Although my credit card has been charged for the purchase, I lave received weekly calls from QVC requesting that I update my payment method. I have attempted to contact QVC via phone with no success. I was double charged for an item I purchased. QVC customer service says they are unable to process a refund. Really??? What business is unable to process a refund???? They want my banking information, so they can contact the bank??! What kind of scam are you running QVC?? I am contacting my bank in the morning, and reporting the charges as fraud. I will not be giving your representatives my banks phone number along with my banking information; in order to process a refund.

They could actually have Customer Service! Currently they only have the Automated phone maze. No one answers the phone, there is not email contact, they ignore FB messenger, and chat doesn't recognize anything you type in so it is useless. If you have a question or a problem, you are totally out of luck...they continue to take customers' money during the pandemic, but Customer Service has been discontinued.

I placed an order for an exercise squat machine on 8/6/20 and it was to be delivered today 8/14/20. I went to track my item for delivery time and my order had been cancelled on 8/7/20 for no reason and now you no longer have the item. No one informed me of the cancellation or that you no longer have the item until I called and confirmed tonight. Just letting you know your customer service sucks! 🤥

Just had an excellent experience with QVC Customer Service! I had returned an item on July 3rd and I’ve been checking online to see if my return was received and when I would get my credit. It kept saying “no record of receiving”. I had pretty much given up on getting my credit. I decided to try calling. I got right through to customer service. I spoke to a very pleasant and helpful person, who said they would credit my account. I’m fairly new to QVC, but this experience guarantees that I will continue to be a customer!
