They are the worst! Never get back to you. Customer service is horrible. I ordered an expensive dyson blow dryer that didn’t work and tried to exchange it and no one will respond!

I ordered 3 items from Josie Marian 2 weeks ago one of the items was supposedly shipped on the 21st and today is the 30th and nothing. I see my credit card was changed but I haven’t reviewed the product. I have been calling for the last 3 days and I haven’t been able to get ahold of anybody 😡😡😡

My new Le Creuset arrived like this because QVC can’t be bothered to use adequate packing material to ensure fragile items arrive in one piece! You literally used a crumpled piece of paper between the boxes! And I can’t speak to anyone about a refund!!!!

QVC fraud dept contacted me 2 weeks ago. Stated my acct was hacked. Assured me that they corrected the situation. In fact they did not. QVC took money out of my Bank and now is refusing g to return that large amount of money!!! They give me the run around and do not have any managers returning my phone calls now!!! My lawyers are now having to get involved. Beware. Stop all your business and accounts with QVC!!!!! Terrible service and lies from the people answering their phones!!!

Ive watched QVC for nearly 30 years and have purchased many items. I’m a fan but I am upset that you have fired Antonella Nester. With all of the new, younger hosts, who are great but she has been there for years and the optics of firing an older host just dont sit well with me or many others. Please reconsider! Its nice and refreshing to see the older hosts who have been there for years! Its all about respect and loyalty and this company has demonstrated neither. Qvc has become ridiculous. I have ordered 2 things within 2 weeks and couldnt get thru. I order tsv the Dyson 11 for $599.00 and free shipping and in red. I went on the computer and nothing is there. Two weeks ago I ordered a dress on lunchtime special I saw them both go thru on my computer and now nothing. What is going on. 30 year customer and being treated rude.

Been sitting on hold now 39 minutes to see where a lost item is? I have never received it and I can’t get through to anyone. This is not the QVC I know. This is a crazy way to treat long time customers.

I am locked out of my account. tried to order something and it didn't like my password. when I tried to reset my password it didn't like my security question answer which I know is correct. tried to call ended up in a big loop never talked to a person. tried their messenger account days ago still waiting for help.
