I have made 3 returns to QVC. The first one took a week to arrive via USPS then it sat in their warehouse/system for another week. I contacted them via chat and it took 1.5 hours to even get through to be told it was being processed. It was processed right then by the person whom I was chatting with. Then it took another week to actually receive the credit to my account. Only to find an unauthorized charge to my card today. No notification of the charge or why they are charging me. It is really tacky that you let someone buy something, then send an email that it is being shipped, then send another email: “Unfortunately, we've learned that this item is not available for immediate shipment. We're truly sorry that we're unable to ship your order as promised. If we're unable to get additional quantities of this item, you'll be notified of your order cancellation with our regrets”. SERIOUSLY? Then why did the let me buy it?

🚨 HAVE NOT RECEIVED ORDER THAT WAS SHIPPED JUNE 6 AND IT’S NOW JULY 23! 🚨 After spending 2 weeks trying to get through to QVC by phone, Messenger and Live Chat I only received a response on July 3 when I left a bad review on Facebook. They informed me my item was lost in the mail and assured me my item would be replaced and shipped the following Monday (July 6). I have shopped at QVC for years... before they were QVC. Always loved them... recommended them to friends and family... heck even to strangers... their deals were great and the customer service was exemplary. I shipped a return in June and it still has not been credited to my account. You can’t get CS by phone. I can’t get them to respond to anything. I have proof the return was shipped. Poor customer service

I have 10 packages shipped to me thru the Rochester New York Post Office that have never gone beyond that point. Packages not routed thru that post office have arrived. Some of these packages arrived in Rochester on July 3rd. I have sent emails, called and done at chat with QVC. They just tell me shipping is slower... I live 30 minutes from Rochester. It shouldn't take 20 days and still not delivered! I am done ordering from QVC.

Horrible customer service. Prices keep creeping up on items we have to wait WEEKS to get, if they make it at all. Firing some of your best hosts. Who is making these awful decisions? Frustrating to see some of the most annoying, unprofessional, hosts that scream & talk over the guests remaining. You are probably losing a lot of customers. What is happening at QVC is shameful.
