Great product selection at reasonable prices.
I've purchased a lift chair, for my elderly father, in December of 2019. He used it for 6 months and it just stopped working. It had a warranty on it but to my surprise it was from another company, Life Style Solutions. Once I finally got ahold of them, which took about a month, they told me I had to hire a mobility specialist to come to see what was wrong. Then send them the report and they would send me the part. As a long time QVC customer, I am thoroughly disappointed with customer service this past month. A month ago, I returned two makeup products (one was defective). I received notice that the package was picked up by the shipping agent, but then nothing else. No emails. No refunds. I had another package to return two weeks ago. Ordered a product that did not specify that it is made with latex till I received the product. Due to an allergy, I returned it a few days after receiving. I normally love QVC but this is just sad. Ive been trying to contact customer service for the last hour about a return I put in the mail about two weeks ago and still haven’t received the replacement item let alone any information about the return but i am expected to pay the bill for it. Like another customer said maybe stop taking orders until you have customer support up and running. I Know ill be taking a break from buying from QVC for a long time after this experience!
Taking orders but not offering the customer customer service. Been trying for days - finally giving up, but will contact me credit card to stop payment!! Please do not take orders until you can provide customer service - notice you taking in orders has not stopped!
UPDATE the order status page. Two months with NO UPDATE. And getting a hold of customer service is like doing detective work. Very disappointed with this transaction. Stop taking orders if you cannot fill them, or provide updates, or the ability for customers to CANCEL their order!
