I went with a large group and didn’t like the staff, they seemed fake and disinterested with the visitors. For the tour they take you through hallways and you look down into rooms from behind glass and really don’t see much at all due to all the cameras and equipment that hang from the ceilings. You sit in the lobby and get to watch a couple video clips and that’s your tour. The small shop is also very expensive. Won’t ever go back and definitely won’t recommend it to anyone!

This was, hands-down, the best experiences we have ever had. It was so far beyond our expectations! For almost 2 hours our absolutely amazing tour guide took us around to see everything and meet everyone! Walking through all the sets, meeting SO many folks we see on QVC every day. And every person we met made us feel so very welcome, and really important! QVC, you are truly a class act! Thanks for giving us some wonderful memories! We can' wait to come back!
