Customer services have become unacceptable. After waiting on hold was told I was lucky not to have to wait 2 hours like another customer did!!!!!!! OMG! What has happened here? They are blaming all inadequacies on COVID! What a joke. Cancelling my membership.

RecommendedI always speak highly of QVC- find amazing deals and different things of fabulous makeup sets! That said I got the fabulous kit from Carmondy it’s a lip trio/ 2 lipsticks & a super glossy- only 1 lipstick arrived and the shiny gloss - I have called Q for a week with no answers due to low staff!?? How do I find my missing lipstick it was a gift for a friend!!! Vivian

I ordered something from QVC, paid express shipping, my package never got to me, tracking says it was delivered through UPS on 07/03/20, I have been trying to get a hold of someone that can help me at UPS and QVC, I have been trying to reach them by email, phone, chat and still no answer, I made my first payment and still have two more payments to go and I dont have the item I ordered, and I need it, this is very frustrating!

Customer service barely exists at qvc. When you call for help it usually says they are to busy to take calls. Tryed chatting online for service and it says their are 76 people ahead of me. Can't this multi billion dollar company hire more people. No, to cheap to do that. They only care about sales. Ordered a Trac phone and the one year plan code they sent was invalid. This is a horrible company. Buyer beware. Fake merchandise lots of scams going on here. Shame on you qvc!

My husband and I toured QVC it was great I also got to speak to some of the wonderful models and my thrill was to meet Angel and get a hug it was a great time want to go again
