Lack of communication. Extreme delay in returns and deliveries! I have 3 returned items on June 17th I scanned their return labeled items at UPS. June payments have been taken now July payments have been taken I have tried calling, sent several emails still no response. Online shows they received items on June 23rd. I have always had excellent service but even with covid situation this needs to be resolved. QVC needs a better solution with the current poor customer service situation. Very disappointed.

Ordered a value of the day over a month ago. Got a completely different item. Ordered a vacuum and got a folding rocking chair. Called immediately. We are so sorry that item is sold out nothing they can do. We can’t refund your money because it says in process. Called back 5 different times because I was so angry. Oh it’s being shipped directly from the vendor so chances are you’ll get it. 7 days ago stays says shipped but no tracking information. TODAY says returned. Yet I never got the item to return it. Four times I’ve ordered items that I never received. Not sure where the items go but make it to my state and then disappear. I have to keep trying to call and guess what?? Can’t get through. NEVER PURCHASING FROM QVC AGAIN!!

I placed an order on July 3rd for two Elemis Pro-Collagen Marine creams (1.6 oz. each). I was charged, but never received updated shipping information. Only when I reached out, did they say that is was out stock and I would be issued a refund. However, when going to the website the exact cream shows in stock and available. Miraculously, I was advised I could reorder to get the product- the same product that is out of stock for the order I originally placed now at more than double the price I paid

I ordered a Dooney and Bourke bag from QVC and returned it the day after I received it. That was a month ago and QVC has no record of the return. I've used the website which tells me to contact customer service, when I call them, apparently they have no one to deal with returns right now. I understand they tell you to wait 17 days after return to expect to see tracking or return info, but this has been 30 days. I ordered the French croissants even through they arrived in a timely matter when I opened them up they were not packaged as described. Instead I received a half frozen clump of dough...not only did I waste $50 I have been on hold for a couple of hours

I have been trying for 3 days to get through to QVC about a return I made and it takes me through the whole online and automated phone system and tells me I need to call to speak to a rep...but when I call for a rep it has told me for 3DAYS that no one is avaialble proceed online or by auto system. I have been a loyal customer for a very very long time but this is getting ridiculous!
