I had been expecting my refund. According to the tracking the item was delivered at your facilities on June 29th for the order Number 6813296925. However after come in here and check the amount of complaints about the refund time most people is being waiting for it seems that is not to happened soon.

My Fitbit died 14 months after purchase from QVC
I bought something and need to return but disposed of the bag. I've been trying to reach QVC but no luck ! I'll never do this again! HSN is a much better site!
