I keep getting an amount of $56.13 taken out of my account. For what? Can’t figure out how to see what I’ve purchased.

Was a loyal customer for years. put my pin in wrong once & they closed my account. I just got married so name changed.. That confused them more.. I will never order from them again. I always bought my makeup, clothes, shoes, products. I am done. So So disappointed. Why not just ask me to look into their question. sad
Awful customer service in the chat forum. They cancelled my shipment that was to replace a broken delivery. Basically told me, if it shows up, you’re lucky. Give it another week, even though it was supposed to be delivered yesterday, if it still doesn’t show up, we’ll refund it. She ignored all my questions and ended the chat. I was given a $10 credit to use in the future. Can guarantee that will never be used.

I normally love QVC but I’m extremely frustrated. Placed an order. Ensured my billing address matched with what my bank has on file. I receive an email stating that it was cancelled due to a negative authorization. I reached out to Qvc and had the pleasure of speaking with Gail. The last 3 orders were either cancelled/ out of stock, or lost in transit. I will not be ordering anything more from QVC. Please note, that I have been a customer for over 25 years but their service has deteriorated.
I will never order form QVC again I was treated so poorly from a customer service rep and my issues is still not resolved. They have my merchandise I sent back and my money absolutely terrible customer service!
I went to order a MacBook Air when my laptop died. I NEED it by Monday. When I began checking out online, I was looking everywhere for shipping information. There was no information to tell me when it would arrive. With a $20 S&H I assumed it would be expedited shipping, especially given there were NO DATES PROVIDED before I paid. The order confirmation screen told me the item would not arrive until 10/20. I purchased 2 dyson fans when they had the promotion last week and QVC cancelled my order cause it was a large amount and I’m a first time buyer!! Really??!!! So never again will I purchase from this site! And I was told to purchase something with a smaller amount are you kidding me????? You want me to buy something I don’t like just so I won’t be a new customer anymore?
