Customer service has gotten so poor. Orders are not being shipped yet the easy pay payments are taken out of my account. Customer Service obviously isn’t about the customer.
Terrible customer service. I ordered 6 products, all from the same brand. All shipped separately. One arrived severely damaged. Another never arrived at all. I contacted them twice for a refund and keep getting told it’s in transit and I can return it when I get it. The products are the Un Wash brand. They are all terrible. Dried out my hair after one use. I do not recommend.

I hate leaving a bad review, but here I go. First, my order was processed days after saying it would be delivered. Then, the second item I ordered was on backorder, and I wasn't told. After waiting days I see the first item was delivered in a town I don't even live. Now the package has been sent back to sender. USPS returned instead of delivering my order and QVC accepted return even though it couldn’t have had return label and charged me for return Shipping. Trying to talk to customer service and first person said looked suspicious but I forgot to ask for shipping refund.
