The worse purchase I have made is Harry Slatkin candles! They are pretty but aren’t they suppose to have some fragrance? They have none!

Major miss on the cart set up of one hour, especially during Christmas season. I had close to 1k in there and was still looking when everything was emptied out due to the “items in cart will be held for one hour”. If you insist on doing this, you should incorporate a saved for later feature so all is not lost. Because if this, you’ve lost this sale and I will do no further shopping with you for the holiday.
I love QVC and have been ordering from them for many, many years. I’ve had a few problems which were always immediately resolved, until now. I purchased a Santa’s Best Christmas tree for over $400 with a 5 year warranty in July 2017. The tree is not working correctly this year and I have called and emailed Santa’s Best but have not received any response.
