This company flat out took unauthorized monies out of my account, $233.34 then they lied and said it was still in pending status but yes it showed up debited out of my account, when I called in now it will be 3-5 days before I get my monies back. I brought a fire pit which I will be returning Buyer Beware

I just purchased Island Adventure Learning sit and play for my 15 month grandaughter and can't wait for her to enjoy Learning while having fun. QVC offers great products and offers easy pay options. Thank you QVC

I’m just wondering why QVC is advertising on 11/11/20 that it’s Singles Day (an unofficial Chinese holiday) and not Veterans Day.

Ordered an item over a month a go and still waiting for the item to be shipped. QVC will take your money and print the shipping label but you will be waiting forever to get the item you ordered. Calling customer service is useless and trying to speak to someone in management don’t return your call. Shop HSN or Amazon for service your hard earned money has value with.

I just had a great Customer Service experience with QVC! I missed a sale, and I was so disappointed because it was two gifts for my kids..I hopped on Messanger and got ahold of Arianne, a Rep. I asked when the next sale will take place and she did me one better! She gave me the sale price! I didn’t even have to return to qvc dot com to finish the order, I asked for the payment plan, she looked up my account lickidisplit and she said,’ no problem! I've spent THOUSANDS of dollars with QVC over the last 25 years...relatively satisfied. Of late, however, their service is deplorable. I recently ordered a BETHLEHEM LIGHTS CHRISTMAS TREE, a $599 tree at that. It was a TODAYS SPECIAL VALUE that debuted at 12am, 11/3. My order was placed at 12:10am. My credit card was processed, fine, but when I look at the expected delivery date, I find out that AFTER my order was placed my shipping shows advanced order with expected delivery three weeks from now. My order was canceled after QVC said it was shipped with no notice and no explanation. Now I can't get a refund. I called customer service. One of the worst experiences. Finally got an email saying my order was refunded, only to find out instead that QVC CHARGED MY CARD instead of a credit. Horrible service.

I ordered a computer but canceled the order within hours. QVC took $275 out of my account twice. actually they were pending charges. once QVC releases them the money will be back in my account. That was 5 days ago. since then I have accumulated $324 in overdraft charges all due to the second $275 that QVC took that was not authorized. I have called customer service every day for the last 3 days and have got nothing resolved. They take the money instantly, more in my case, but want to take forever to release it.
