the customer service wasn't the greatest. I've had better experiences in past. this was my 2nd time getting the same issue fixed. hopefully there will not be a 3rd
Left my car at 9am needs two recalls to be done, a diagnostic on transmission because on second and third its shakes like im ridding a horse and two days before I change the battery and after that the radio didn’t work... so they keep the car from 9am to 4pm and guess what they only did 1 recall, told me that I need a new transmission that cost 1,700.00 and that I need a new module for the radio that cost 340.00 and that they didn’t have time to finish the recalls.... oh they charged me 220.00 just to look at the car because... read more

The lease on our truck was up and they worked with my husband to get a good deal on a new lease or buy our 2015 out right. We are now leasing another truck. It is a 2018 F150 with short bed but quite a bit more room in back seat area and 4 door. I like everything about it , but I do miss my blue color.

Mike Thompson went above and beyond to get me into the perfect vehicle. After purchasing a vehicle Wednesday and realizing the 2nd row bucket seats with inflatable belts were not going to work for a safe installation of my daughters car seat, mike graciously did everything he could to locate me a platinum with 2nd row bench seats instead.
