Took too long and costs too much
Friendly staff. Whole experience was great. Felt very comfortable and no pressure. Salesman was outstanding to deal with. Went out of his way to get me exactly what I wanted. Finance experience was also great. Will definitely return to lease my next vehicle and refer Basil to my family and friends.
The staff was extraordinarily with product knowledge and very helpful in the picking out a new vehicle

It was okay. The waiting room area was very good. I just needed a new key and it took a little long. Also it was really expensive over $250 for a key. Was disappointed about that but the overall experience was good.
You earned 5 stars because everyone treated me like I buy a new car everyday. The greeter, Kristina and especially Andrew Kern are very efficient and great at communicating and providing customer satisfaction. I need to thank Mike Worthington and the business mgr for selling me the tire protection pkg last September. It already paid for itself. Thank you Basil for employing the best. BTW out of the corner of my eye I watched the techs in the shop work on my Focus; they really hustle.
