My car died and the repair was under warranty, so I had it towed to Basil Ford on a Thursday. Before I had it towed, the person said the repair would be Friday. After it was dropped off, it became Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. In addition, they tried to get me to buy $100s of repairs making it sound like I was urgent (which they weren't). I didn't take them up on their offer. Needless to say, I didnt the complementary car wash others have gotten.
Bob in service was so nice and accommodating!!! Very friendly and efficient. Much appreciated.
Basil was the best price and service as usual. I wouldn't go anywhere else in Buffalo.
Today I'm giving 5 stars for the service that I received because Ed and Jose were phenomenal. I have been a customer since 2015 and today was the first time that I was offered a complimentary carwash (Thank you Ed) as well as in the past I have missed the opportunity to redeem my rebates because I was given insufficient information but today Jose was kind enough to provide me with the proper information showing me how to redeem my rebates. The people here are very friendly and kind . They gave me good advise and treated me with respect .Yes I would buy another vehicle from Basil Ford on Walden. The facility is state of the art and the staff is number one. The sales people are incredible they all work together to help with your deal.
