Ugh....
Always take good care of us!
I took my 2015 Explorer in and told them it needed A/C line replacement. Couldn’t give me a price. They had it all day and called me to say it needs a line replacement. Exactly what I already knew. And then charged me $150 for a diagnosis of the vehicle. Service department is a ripoff!
Bought a f150 and everything was great from beginning to end! I recommend basil ford to everyone, my wife and keep coming back and continue to do so!

Works can not express my gratitude to John Patton and Vinny! We came from a popular dealership that became complacent with our business and just expected us to buy our cars there!
