Awesome another great visit with the oil change. In and out
I was in and out, I thought it would take a couple of hours to have my vehicle checked, however in less then 1 hour it was done. Excellent service, Thanks Basil Ford.
Leanne was such a joy to work with at Basil! Upfront, honest, and all around relaxed car buying experience. She was pleasant and not pushy at all. She fully understood our needs and wants. We highly recommend Leanne and will be back to see her!

The guys that I drop my vehicle off to are always so nice. The waiting area for service is always stocked with water and snacks. The only downfall is how long the wait takes for services to be completed. A few months ago I came in for an oil change and waited 3 hours with a 2 month old. I dropped my car off this morning for an inspection and the wait was 3+ hours. I feel like if you call something a quick lane those basic services should be quicker. Overall though it's been good!
Everything was great.hope my radio will not act up any longer.
