Service is very good, sometimes quick lane isn’t very quick (3 hour oil change and tire rotation) but took me right in today for my wife’s car. Staff always exceptional
First time customer at Basil after leasing last three at competitor. Mike Thompson was wonderful from start to finish-able to pull together the figures I was looking for, locate the color I was looking for and answer all my questions. I went over n on a Friday and took delivery in just a few FSU’s at my convenience. The only suggestion I would make, is that the dealership have a greeter or someone to acknowledge you and direct you when you enter the showroom. Overall great experience!! Thanks Mike!!

Great customer service. Staff is very professional and very friendly. My vehicle was repaired in a reasonable time frame. One thing that should have been done is to check my tire pressure before releasing my vehicle. My tire pressure was low and I had to stop on my way home to put air in my tires. Overall I would recommend Basil Ford.
I’m sorry to say, but the inability to make an appointment for oil changes or inspections has become a deal breaker. Tonight I was told that my inspection would be wrapped up in an hour total. That was perfect. However, my car wasn’t brought in for an hour. And of course I had somewhere to be after my inspection that now I’m going to be late to.
