I had a terrible experience in July 2018 when I had to get a new engine for a 2017 Escape. I was treated poorly to say the least and at the worse time in my life, when my mom passed.

My vehicle has been in the shop for 3 weeks and had to return the car because another problem occurred, which could have been avoided if a simple test drive was done. Now the car is back in the shop. To be continued... I will never bring my vehicle back to this dealership.

You offer walk-in for your quick lane oil change. I spent over 2 hours for a simple oil change. And i was told the next morning that it was the normal wait time. Bulls###..i did not wait that long at the town ford in orchard park for my 1st oil change on that truck. I would like to go to basil again for my next oil change because its closer to home. But if i have to wait over 2hrs again. You will lose my business. I will check to make sure they actually put oil in the truck because when they finally released the truck to me ... read more
