Fairness... This company under the vice presidency of Bobby Gonzales, has shown exactly what it is. This person fired a man in order that his long time friend could have a job. The person he fired had worked for Quality for over ten years and was never late for work, did various jobs to help company that was not in his job description, worked weekends, nights and gave his all for this company.
