Terrible communications to clients. Auto fill customer - when the auto monthly payment agreement didn't meet the balance due they cut off service. Didn't know that till I had run out of fuel on a icy day. Even on an agreed to budget plan when spoke to the office I was told 3 options and delivery of oil wouldn't be delivered for 2 days.
