I had an excellent experience with Evergreen Plumbing and Mechanical. James delivered outstanding customer service, and I’m excited to continue our partnership. We relied on their team for our heating and air service, and James went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Just want to say that David Minner is phenomenal! He arrived on time, was super friendly and knowledgeable. Same day within 3 hours got our new water heater installed and working. Couldn't of asked for a more friendly, quick worker. Thanks again Dave!
Richard and his wonderful crew replaced all the pipes in our home, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The job took three days to complete, and the team was fantastic from start to finish. Jacob Harris was amazing! Very thorough, professional, knowledgeable and respectful. Listened to my concerns and after a thorough investigation explained the issue was coming from the overflow. There were no leaks which really put me at ease. Evergreen Plumbing is the only company I’ve used and will continue to use.
Juan helped us install two bidet toilet seats. “Easy,” he said. And it was. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and very pleasant! Asked if we needed him to check the crawl space for leaks. I wasn’t sure about the headroom, but Juan climbed right in through the floor in the back closet. Something else we don’t have to worry about! Thanks so much for another great service from Evergreen!
