⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a fantastic experience with this company on a major water service project at our property. Our project started with an urgent need. They quickly scheduled an estimate and were willing to perform an emergency repair to keep us going while we planned a larger project. Jeff came out and did a walk thru and gave us our estimate for all work needed. Our copper pipes were almost 30 years old and in pretty rough shape. We had complete replumb, new hot water tank, water filter and softener system, 4 new toilets and shower and bath hardware.. Work was scheduled with in the week. We had our ductless system installed by Evergreen, and couldnt be happier. From the get go, Shawn made this decision an easy one. Day of install it was great to have Jimmy walk us through the whole plan. Hayden, Alex, Frank, and Jack all performed exceptional handiwork and made the install look clean. The whole team were also very communicative, and concientious of our cats as well. We will be using them in the future for sure.
First off I want to say that every single staff I had any type of interaction with was kind, thoughtful, resourceful, and transparent. Eric was our service tech and was very thorough. He identified the source of our leak quickly, after it had been misdiagnosed by a previous company.
