We had our ductless system installed by Evergreen, and couldnt be happier. From the get go, Shawn made this decision an easy one. Day of install it was great to have Jimmy walk us through the whole plan. Hayden, Alex, Frank, and Jack all performed exceptional handiwork and made the install look clean. The whole team were also very communicative, and concientious of our cats as well. We will be using them in the future for sure.
Lately, we had noticed some leaky spigots throughout our home that we couldn’t seem to fix on our own. So, as some of our neighbors had great experiences with Evergreen Plumbing we determined to give it a chance. The very pleasant lady on the phone at Evergreen Plumbing assured me that one of the pro’s would show up the following day. Evergreen plumbing was great to work with. I first watched a crew re-pipe a friends house and they were impressive. I was so impressed I had them Re-pipe my own home! All the guys on the team were fabulous. Clean and respectful of my home. Took the time to answer my questions. And were clear about the whole process. Very happy I called them.
I don't usually like to do these reviews, but want to give a shout out to Andrew C. My heat pump wasn't working and he came to diagnose it. He figured out the issue, but asked about the past performance and after learning I had a home repair that could relate to it, he encouraged me to follow up with the warranty. Those people came and made the fix, but that honesty saved me about $1200. That kind of integrity might have lost a sale but it won a customer. Would go back to them if I had a separate issue for sure!
I can understand the multiple 5-star reviews and I'm adding my own to the mix. From the time I reached out to Evergreen till David left my home, I felt valued as a client. David arrived in a timely manner. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and went straight to work. He diagnosed the leak issue and had the necessary parts to repair the leak. Along the way, he provided valuable insight & information based on his 20 years as a plumper to assist me in securing the underside of my kitchen sink.
